A Journey of Timeless Melodies Across Borders

Between October and December, I had the joy of bringing music closer to audiences in Romania and the diaspora through the National Tour “Zâmbetul Muzicii” (“Smile of Music”) and Turnee de poveste… pretutindeni.

From Bucharest to Brașov, Galați, Timișoara, Deva, Ploiești, and Bistrița, then further to Lausanne, Rome, and back to Bucharest, each stop was a vibrant encounter with audiences who cherish authentic music.

Together with my colleagues Sorin Coliban and Diana Ionescu, as well as Ruxandra Donose, Sergiu Tuhuțiu, Leontina Văduva, and Cătălin Răducanu, we shared colorful musical stories: from Rossini and Mozart’s arias, to French art songs by Duparc and Hahn, and Romanian masterpieces by Brediceanu and Brăiloiu.

“Zâmbetul Muzicii” (“Smile of Music”) was more than a tour. It was a journey through time, emotions, and traditions—an homage to Romania’s National Day and a celebration of music as a universal language.

I extend my gratitude to the wonderful audiences who joined us at every step, to the organizers, and to all the partners who made these events possible.

See you soon for more musical stories to come!
