Teodora Gheorghiu was in Rome, Italy, on the 1st of December, as part of “Propatria Gala”, celebrating the Great Union Day – National Day of Romania.
“It was a joy to participate on December 1 in the extraordinary concert organized by the PROPATRIA Cultural Association in Rome, under the patronage of the Romanian Embassy in Italy. I also want to thank the pianist Athena Carte, who accompanied me.”, said the artist after the concert.
The concert was broadcast live from the Evangelical Church in Crissier – Switzerland. The program included pieces by Ottorino Respighi, Francis Poulenc, Henri Duparc, Pietro Mascagni and Giuseppe Verdi.
In 2020, PROPATRIA festival – “Festival internazionale dei giovani talenti romeni” reached its 10th edition.
