“The Three Divas” Gala returned to the stages in Romania, this time for the premiere in the superb ambience of the Cultural Palace in Arad, Romania’s westernmost concert hall. Mezzo-soprano Ruxandra Donose, sopranos Teodora Gheorghiu and Ileana Tonca appeared together for the first time in this formula on the stage of the Palace of Culture in Arad.
After de event, Teodora Gheorghiu declared: “I want to thank all those who were with us for the extraordinary concert on November 29th. A very classy gala with a high artistic standing, alongside mezzo-soprano Ruxandra Donose, soprano Ileana Tonca and the Symphony Orchestra of the Arad Philharmonic, under the baton of Adrian Morar.”
The story of the Three Divas appeared in 2011, following the model of the Pavarotti-Domingo-Carreras triad, which became a brand successfully taken over by artists from all over the world who turned to this formula.
